Holistic Palliative care

Palliative care is a holistic, all-encompassing approach to cancer treatment that covers patients' physical, emotional, logistical, and spiritual needs. An interdisciplinary care team consisting of doctors, nurses, specialists, medical social workers, and therapists will focus on enhancing the lives of patients and their families. Medical treatments are being aligned with holistic beliefs, aims, and preferences by this medical team. Physical symptoms such as pain and weariness are addressed, as are emotional problems such as anxiety, fear, and sadness, as well as spiritual assistance.
