Occupational Treatment

Occupational therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants practise it as an allied health profession. People with psychological illnesses, physical disabilities, accidents, or impairments are frequently treated by occupational therapists. Occupational therapists employ therapeutic use of common activities to treat wounded, ill, or disabled patients. They treat patients by allowing them to grow, recover, progress, and keep the abilities they need to live and work.
